I have bought a number of valves over the last few years and the service has always been excellent. I particularly like having the facility to send a photo in order to identify the part correctly. This is so useful when there are many variations of a part that are very similar. Items are always sent off promptly and usually received within 2-3 days of ordering.

The item required was easy to order and a good price. It arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged.

I didn't want to review this item until I had chance to use it for a couple of weeks. You don't know it's there, very quiet & instant hot water, it used to take ages to get hot water to my kitchen sink wasting water & energy. For me this is a problem solved .
