I ordered a part and was satisfied with it it worked. The only problem I had was I paid for next day delivery and that did not happen. I was without hot water for longer than I wanted to be. So I was disappointed with the time it took to deliver

Couldnt order online so I rang up with the product reference codes and was very quickly sorted and paid. The quick next day before 1pm delivery was true to its word too so great all round. Would be 5 stars if the online payment process was working, nothing else to fault.
