This is my third order (I think?) and once again, these plants are stellar! Starting from the beginning: The website is easy to use and navigate. Many search and sorting options. Check out it a breeze. Communication is informative at every step of the process, from order confirmation, to shipping, to delivery. Various shipping options are available. Packaging is top tier. These plants show up safe and sound. I'm usually not someone who gets got by branding, but their labeling is also very cohesive and fun! The plants themselves are healthy, growing, and obviously cared for. Both large and small plants arrive in great condition. This last order arrived with plants in bloom!!! (And the 10pk of seeds had more like 40!) Overall, highly recommended.

When I received my first set of plants from UPT (and I have purchased MANY!), this is what I wrote/emailed customer service: "I really can’t get over how beautiful all of these plants are! I have never seen healthier plants at any of my local nurseries. You do a phenomenal job at packaging the plants so that they are safe during delivery. I even started crying a little when I saw the sarawak with a flower. It’s soooo beautiful! Gosh, I am just so overwhelmed with emotions with the sight of these plants. I didn’t know that I could be so moved by plants. The love that you poured into comes out in their beauty . Thank you again. You really have enhanced my life and helped me find joy. Omg! I received two gorgeous plants, one with multiple flowering peduncles!!! I’m so grateful & just so in love with the plants I received. The packaging is amazing. Like, your plants are showing up in tact! I had been looking at this website for a while & always thought it was kinda pricey but after getting my order, I can say the prices are worth every penny!
