The customer service and care of this shop is incredible and I have to compliment them. They went out of their way to refund shipping for a plant from a separate order I made shortly after ordering the first plant - without me having to ask. They noticed that I ordered twice, packed them both up safely together, and refunded me for one shipping cost. I really appreciate that. Between the quality of the two plants I received and the customer service experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop again.
