Excellent customer service

The customer service and care of this shop is incredible and I have to compliment them. They went out of their way to refund shipping for a plant from a separate order I made shortly after ordering the first plant - without me having to ask. They noticed that I ordered twice, packed them both up safely together, and refunded me for one shipping cost. I really appreciate that. Between the quality of the two plants I received and the customer service experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop again.

The decipulae arrived healthy and larger than in the photos, along with peduncles already flowering. If that's the best part; the packaging came a close second. The interior box held the hoya perfectly with no stress resulting from its journey across the country. The specialized boxing is the best I've ever received in the years ordering plants online.
