Excellent experience from buying to shipping and receiving. Great quality

Delivery took much longer than expected, but I believe it was due to supply chain delays from COVID-19.

This is my first time ordering from the company and the customer service was good. My only complaint is that it took over 3 weeks to ship my order but I am sure that has something to do with all the global manufacturing delays everyone is experiencing lately. Once the order finally shipped, I received it fairly quickly. I would purchase from this company again.

So in love with my product. Unfortunately my order was stalled in the mail for some time additionally and it took a little negotiation with FedEx to figure out, but once it arrived, I was so happy with it, I didn’t even mind.

Shipping was very very slow. I could not amend the order after it was placed even though it took them three weeks to send the item out.

Although the shipping took longer than usual it was worth the wait, love the fabric and style
