I appreciated the email from customer service about the shipping delays, but after almost 4 weeks with no other updates made me think my order had been lost or canceled! Customer service got back to me quickly about that concern, but shipping should be looked at.

I ordered an in-stock towel
I ordered an in-stock towel set for guests arriving 17 days from the order date. The guests came and went and the order never shipped. I canceled the order. I then received notice of shipping a month after the order date and had to deal with re-routing and the return process. Will not order from Under the Canopy again.
