I recently bought a refurbished scooter—overall, it works well and gets the job done for daily commuting. However, I’ve been unable to connect the Bluetooth to the phone app, which limits some functionality. Also, there’s a noticeable burnt rubber smell after use, which is a bit concerning. Good value for the price, but some quirks to be aware of.
I received my battery really quick. It was perfect. I got it on my off days.
My daughter got her scooter for Christmas,it worked for 2 days,TWO DAYS & this company refuses to fix it w/o a receipt. . . . . IT WAS GIVEN TO HER,I don't have a receipt!!!!I then asked agreed to pay for THE PART,they sent the WRONG THING,& refuse to send the correct part so my daughter's ONLY Christmas gift is junk!!!!shame on them for treating a 12 yr old like this,the scooter was her ONLY present!!!
I cannot access the scooter due to it not being able to verify my account and it’s locked

I previously rented an Unagi scooter and generally had no issues. I decided to purchase a refurbished one and have had consistent problems. The scooter arrived and both the horn and the accelerator did not function as they had with the previous model. Living in a congested city I rely on the horn for safety. I worked with Unagi to arrange a return and replacement. After sending back the scooter and receiving confirmation that it was delivered to the warehouse, I did not receive any response from Unagi for two weeks. When the customer service finally responded, I was told the replacement would be shipped in another week. After requesting and receiving expedited shipping, the replacement scooter arrived and would not turn on. I am now awaiting a response on when this most recent issue will be addressed. As I use the scooter for commuting, I have had to incur additional expenses while I wait for customer service to respond and fix the faulty devices.
6 months and I still don’t have access to the scooter I paid in full, all because Unagi sent me the wrong replacement scooter which stopped working for reasons unknown and then required I send the scooter back and they would send me a refurbished. The scooter was sent back and received per Fedex yet they aren’t aware of it being in their possession and I’m still without a scooter. On top of this, they refuse to pick up a phone, everything has to be done through email which you’d think was recorded or archived but no.
I emailed support to try and get you to fix the scooter and clean it but no response.
Shipping is perfect. Product is good. well packed
