I got a refusbished one. It's have to charge it often (battery not super long lasting) and is definitely jiggles when you ride on bumpy roads (no suspension), but it's lightweight (easy to carry up three flights of stairs), and . . . you know what. . . it just makes my life a little easier (and that's all anyone ever really wants).

The scooter was shipped in a very very banged up box however included all the components.

The brakes are weak and doesn't stop when applied, I have to drag my foot lightly or jump off so I won't get hurt trying to stop.
