There is no customer service to help with the wrong item being sent and trying to return.

This company a joke, FedEx claimed to deliver my package, soon as I saw they delivered my bean bag to the wrong address I called the company no working number on them. I sent an email I got a response the next day of them sending a pic of so call proof that the package was delivered, like I stated in the email I sent to them yes the package was delivered but to the wrong apartment complex but the same apartment number. Instead of trying to prove to me what i already told them, they should've contacted the driver to see what door he delivered the package so I can go get it. My door had balloons on it from mother's day, that is what made me noticed immediately that it was the wrong door. Now noone responding to my emails, I'm waiting om venmo to dispute the charges. I hate I didn't purchase directly from my bank account. Never again!!!!

This company is a 5 star company, so easy to deal with. They always contact you easy to get ahold of if you email them. They get right back to you if there's any issues they don't ask questions. . They just satisfy to your needs.
