Receive white bag with foam inside of it but did not receive the black suede cover that should’ve been with it.

I purchased this for my son. It’s very lumpy and has an unpleasant smell that hasn’t gone away with airing out. Unfortunately I’ve been trying to return it and haven’t received any response from Ultimate Sack.

Shipping was quick. I ordered a large and what I thought was a medium dog beds, and the box was pretty heavy and bulky to get inside.

I have purchased these bags several times, because they give out overtime. The elasticity fails, but it is a good bag. I have emailed customer service twice now about my new bag, but I have not heard back. They do not offer a phone number which is a bit weird and suspicious for a business, but it is what it is. I do recommend the beanbag, but it is not long lasting. May be about one year or two.

Quick delivery and cover is as expected. I’m disappointed there aren’t more color options for the corner sacks covers.

Ordered an Ultimate Sack 4000 and received a completely different item. Attempted to contact them through their website and multiple times via email, but never heard anything back from them. There’s no number to call. After 2+ weeks, disputed the charge and reported them to the BBB. Do not recommend and will never order from this company again.
