When shopping for a storage shed we came across Ulrich barns. We were originally impressed with the quality and price of the sheds and then also became impressed with the staff. Jason helped us find the shed that was just right for us in size and prize. He made the process very easy and stress free. Thank you!

Pros: Amanda Baker is the reason we chose Ulrich Sheds over Tuff Sheds, Costco's brands, etc. Amanda is amazing! She gave us confidence in the design process as new homeowners who have never built a shed before and ensured our needs were met, and that we felt comfortable given how much money we were spending. She was helpful and incredibly patient. I hope your company considers her a valuable employee, because we cannot stress enough that her help through the design process is the only reason we chose Ulrich Sheds over your competitors (we read mixed reviews about Ulrich Sheds on websites such as Yelp). Amanda was always immediately responsive and helpful with all of our questions, which was the selling feature for us. We're thankful to how helpful she has been even with the follow-up after the shed, she's always accessible, helpful, and prompt with follow-up. Cons: Operations and Finance: We're disappointed with the installation process, part of our shed door is broken by the installers that should have easily been avoided and flower boxes never arrived. We've been waiting for nearly two weeks from Ulrich's Finance and Operation teams with an ETA for a refund on shed anchors (+$350 and tax); and for scheduling a time to fix issues with the shed (i.e., broken door hinges, nails sticking out, missing flower boxes, etc.). Scheduling: We were asked to move our build three times which we happily did (4 March to 1 March to back 4 March, and then finally to 5 March). However, it seems Ulrich Barns is slow to help us fix the problems we had during installation (i.e., nearly two weeks since the build and no follow-up).

Great Barn, love it. Fit all our needs. May order another soon. Molly was great. On the spot with answers and info and worked hard to put this together for us. It’s hard these days to find such great customer service. She definitely deserves a raise.

Our experience was easy, our salesman Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was so easy, was very impressed how our building was maneuvered and placed on the foundation.

I am So Thankful and Impressed with the Quality of Service and the Genuine Pleasure it has been during & after my purchase from Ulrich Barns of California. Molly Barrios has become a dear friend to me, as she was More than Intuitive, kind and helpful! I had been searching Everywhere Locally for a Storage building that I didn't have to put together myself ( I'm a little ol' lady), while I only Dreamed of finding "Just the Perfect One". Well, Molly knew Exactly what I needed & wanted AND She found it and walked me thru the entire process from Start to 🏁❗🏁!! My advice is: "forget the rest, Ulrich Is The BEST. I'll start by saying that I've had a great experience with Ulrich Barns and my designer, Mike McLeod. I ordered a 12x24 on 11/20/20, and it was delivered to my house on 12/16/20- a Wednesday. It took 30 minutes to unload, place it, and level it. That was nice! Mine has a 7x9 roll up door on the 12 ft end. There was a slight air gap on one side at the bottom. I notated that on my delivery sign off sheet for the driver. I figured it'd take a week or 2 before that piece of paper made it to someone who would call me. I got the call 2 days later on Friday 12/18. Someone came out to fix it on 12/23- 2 days before Christmas! That was a pleasant experience, and am happy it came with a 10 year warranty. We just came out of the worst freeze Texas has had that I can remember. There was even this white stuff that laid on the ground for 5 days. I can't remember what it's called, since we don't see it very often down here. The wind chill stayed in the negatives for the better part of 2 days, and the shed held up great. There may be cheaper options out there, but I've discovered the old saying to be true more often than not- you get what you pay for. Give Mike a call, and I'll bet he can fix you up with what you need!

I have been very pleased with the start to finish of my building project. Greg Stubbs was very knowledgeable and great to work with, especially since I had several modifications during the purchase process! The builders did a great job especially with terrible weather conditions (33 degrees).

We love our new shed. WE went BIG and got a 12 X 24 Elite Gardener. Greg Stubbs in the Fort Worth office was super. Answered all our questions and explained the process. Delivery was even sooner than the original schedule. Even though this shed was more expensive than others we looked at it makes up the difference in construction materials. Couldn't be happier.

My salesman, Greg Stubbs, walked me through differences in how Ulrich differs from the competition and through the ordering process. I ordered 3 custom sheds and am pleased. I paid a little more than at the big box stores but I received a higher quality product. As they say, you get what you pay for. I also received my sheds faster than the big box stores could do it. The delivery of the sheds was fascinating to watch and was flawless.

Ulrich was awesome to work with. We looked through the buildings onsite, and I selected the size, style and colors from seeing them on a building. The building was actually completed and delivered a few days ahead of the projected delivery date. We LOVE it!!

We ordered our shed on a Sunday and it was built onsite by the following Thursday! We were surprised by the turnaround time! The build crew was very professional and offered suggestions for building orientation based on the slopes of the yard. The shed turned out great! Thank you!!

Greg Stubbs is the reason we bought from Ulrich. I visited a neighbor who had bought a shed from him. He related Mr. Stubbs, knowledge, help in design and size, and willingness to help in any way possible. I found all of that to be true when I contacted Mr. Stubbs. In addition, he followed up with me several times---not excessively, but often enough to show me his interest and to offer any help he could. Upon visiting him in person at your Ft Worth facility, he was just as personable and helpful as he was on the phone. I am very pleased with the shed and my interactions with Ulrich.
