I checked into numerous companies before going with Ulrich. The quality of craftsmanship and service can not be beat. Mike McLeod spent the time listening to my needs and space. He suggested the ideal shed for garden tool and equipment. He explained features, construction, etc to the tee. I had an old shed that needs to come down and this new shed had to be constructed on site due to space limitations. Everything went smoothly and quickly even considering I live in Houston about 4-5 hrs away from their company. Best decision I ever made

Loved loved Mike! He is amazing and so helpful and full of knowledge. I had some minor damage on the shed but I called Mike and sent pictures and he handled it. BUT, one compliment will never be enough gratitude for the exceptional Craftsmanship of Jesus & Francisco, who build my Poolside Office Retreat! They were fantastic! Their attention to detail was excellent even for the most discriminating eye, which I have! My thanks to Zack for making it happen in a timely manner. This company exceeded my expectations! Wow! So many good things to say about Ulrich! Edwin, my salesman was so accommodating. He pleasantly changed my design, probably 10 times until I got it right. Jose and his partner were fantastic building and installing my shed. They had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs and build in a tough space and they were amazing to watch. They were efficient and clean and also so accommodating. I wasn't as happy with the Customer Service office. They didn't call me until after I called Edwin twice, wondering when my install would happen. And they should have asked for photos of the site so the install crew would have known what it looked like farther in advance than the day before. I had no idea when the crew would be arriving, until Jose called me to tell me. So it just seemed liked the scheduling and planning could have been better executed. But the sales and construction were A+, 5 STARS!!
