Took 5 months to finally get building delivered, but primarily due to HOA and getting building permit. In addition, my sales rep left the company. Seems like follow-up with town for building permit could have been a bit more aggressive. That being said, completely satisfied with the construction quality of the building and the professionalism of the delivery person. Would recommend Ulrich without hesitation if you need a good quality storage building.

The building installer Javier was magnificent in installing our Ulrich Barn Shed. He really knows his job inside and out. It was a pleasure to watch him place the shed perfectly onto our cement pad weaving in and out of our trees with ease. We our so happy with our new shed and the colors even match our newly painted house. Moreover, our grand kids took over the shed and they are using it as a play house for the next few years. I bought a display model shed from Amanda Baker at Visalia Ca Ulrich Barns. My wife and I were very happy with the shed. At first we were nervous bout having it moved from the Visalia location to our home in Hanford but the move went very smooth and shed was in perfect condition. My wife wanted to have the shed match our home colors and since we bought a display model it did not match. Amanda allowed my wife to come paint the sides of the shed that would face our fence. My wife told me how nice and accommodating Amanda was to her and her parents. We both are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend anyone to do business with Amanda. My experience was good. They were able to customize what we needed for our home. The staff were nice. Molly was the representative who helped us with or order. She was able to work with our schedule to make our delivery possible within our schedule. I would highly recommend them as a company to purchase a shed. The quality of the shed is amazing, I know that it will last me a very long time.

The build quality is great and the utility of the building is just awesome. We bought a pre-built building and were totally excited. Clearly, the bottleneck is delivery. We had to wait almost 4 weeks for delivery of a pre-existing building. Then, when the delivery driver was told where we wanted the building, he drove it in backwards and damaged our tree, even after being asked to swap which end goes in first. Going in the other direction would have saved time, damage, and damage to our terrain. The driver took the building to it's place, then spun it around, thus cobbling up our carefully prepared surface. The building was very badly out of level when the driver left, but I was so frustrated about my tree and surface, that I chose to level the building myself instead of calling them back. Yes, the building was in the correct place, but it was not at all "set", as the middle runner was not touching the ground after the damage to the spot by driving the mule on it. The driver left touch up paint for us to repair the tree damage, all of which would have not happened had he taken a moment to swap ends of the building first. Clearly in a raging hurry at the end of the day. Once the driver dropped the building in it's rough place, one window cracked. Still waiting for that to be replaced. Other than the delivery, the experience, price, and build quality are really great. Will recommend to my friends, with some advice to watch out for the delivery process.

Could have used a little more communication throughout the process. The doors were hung too low on the shed leaving a visible gap at the top of the doors, The installers were gone when I noticed

Working with Jorge was a very pleasent experience. He allowed us to change our minds on the colors more than once, a very patient man. Will recommend be both Jorge and Ulrich's buildings. Thank you very much

They did a really good job but they kept having to reschedule the build apt and they put his shed at the bottom of the other shed's on the truck when my brother shed was first to be put up. Another time they walked off the job before they could even deliver the shed to build it and another time a man got hurt so they canceled it again they finally made it on the third try. So I wasn't that happy. PS. They did give me a small discount though for all the problems.

The sales staff in Turlock CA. were competent in their service. Sadly, the building took almost three months to build and the door that we purchased did not come with it. The building quality is generally good; however, the exterior paint was applied poorly. Another way to describe my experience with Ulrich, is that when management went to 'Core Value Training', Zach Walton must have been busy somewhere else.

It’s going to be my getaway she shed/ studioI have only been talking about doing something for twenty years and I called Ulrich Barn Building because of their great reviews. I talked to Amanda the rep out of Visalia and she understood immediately what I wanted. In three weeks it was sitting on my backyard looking like my 20 years of dreaming and like it had always been there . The fellows two had it up in little over 5 hours! Amazing! Recommending to many people starting today!

We've had a great experience purchasing and receiving our shed. Amanda was terrific and walked us through options, answered our questions, checked in during the process and after delivery. And Javier delivered our shed maneuvering it expertly into our tight space. We found the perfect shed for our needs! Thank you so much!

The delivery driver struggled to move the building into position and damaged the corner of our house, dented the gutter, and left gouges on the fence. In addition the tires from the powered forklift used by the driver left unsightly marks on the concrete. Also the key was broken off on the lock on one of the doors and I'm still waiting for someone to arrange to get that problem resolved. Frankly we're extremely disappointed in the delivery experience.

The building is better than I could have imagined

Everything from the start was a wonderful experience. Greg Stubbs made the shed selection and order process a snap. His attention to detail made our selection of the shed choices so much easier. The delivery was completed by Manoah with such ease. He "drove" the shed along our ¼ mile drive using the "mule". Our neighbors were amazed with your delivery system. Setup was spot-on and precise. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Ulrlich for a well built shed.
