----- Update ----- I have now received the chair and all is well. There was a bit of a communication issue with the shipping partner but in the end it worked out perfectly. The delivery driver was very friendly and pro active in his communication, he was in contact with me 2 hours before arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. I have now assembled the chair and its everything I expected the chair to be. So if you order something and you are from the Netherlands, expect to have a bit of patience with the delivery process, or make it easy on yourself and find somebody who knows a bit of French. ------ old review ------ I'm sure the chairs are great, all the great reviews they are getting are clear enough. Its just to bad that i can't experience it because the shipping partner Steelcase uses is absolutely horrible. The shipping partner is Vir by Jr and they ignore emails. The telephone line is a tape that is only in french. And the phonenumber they provide in the communication they send to schedule a delivery apointment is no longer in service. If the chair is as good as the company's ability to pick a reliabe partner i am very worried about my investment. I will give it another week before i will just cancel the order all together.
I absolutely love the chair, it’s just as comfortable as it is pretty! I highly recommend it for a home office.
Actually, my review is 0. I haven’t received the chair I ordered on July 12th! It's been more than a month! The customer service is terrible, and the order status lacks updates. This is very, very, very disappointing. I don’t understand why I received a request to submit my review—how did you even dare to send me a reminder to fill it in?

Gesture is overall a good chair, but I couldn't use it comfortably due to the height issue. The lowest seat height is written as 415 mm in the specs, however it doesn't go lower than 480 mm. I'd expect it to be adjustable according to the specs. Except that issue I was happy with the chair. Thanks to the customer service for their reaction for the resolution of the problem.

I've ordered the Steelcase Gesture chair from this website and all went well. You should not be worried nothing will happen after you've received your order confirmation with the message that there will be no tracking information. In the end, after 2,5 weeks I got a mail by a local courier to plan in a date for my chair to be delivered and all went fine. I do think they should communicate this better with their customers, because this information is only available in small letters on their FAQ page. Also I would recommend that there's more contact options instead of e-mail only.

I received the chair as expected, in 3 weeks. Delivery was good and the chair is amazing. The quality of great, the chair is comfy and seems like will last for a long time. The only downside is the chair I got (Karman) is so light that the included wheels don't roll well when the chair is empty. But that is a 30 euro fix.
I ordered a chair from series 2, and it took more or less a month to arrive but was worth the wait. The chair comes mostly pre assembled, only the big pieces need to connect which is super easy!
Good quality chair, delivery was very long but correct amd without troubles.
Update: So I was able to get in touch with support about my defective chair, and they ask for video proof which I sent and they response in time to give me a replacement without waiting too long. Overall, I still like the chair, very good quality, exactly what I was looking. I waited 8 weeks for my Gesture chair, finally I was disappointed as the product came in inferior. The hydraulic bar is defect, it doesn't hold in position at all. Also the plastic parts of headrest is deformed and doesn't seal each other. I wrote the support in the same day when I receive the product and found above defects, they replied me quickly and ask me to wait for a solution. I will see how soon they can fix the problems and come back to update this review. Overall I like the chair, but it's totally unacceptable for such obvious defects, especially at this price! I doubt if Steelcase has performed any Quality Check on their products?
LOVE THE CHAIR! I replace my chari which i ought 16 years back exact the same. delivery was a bit slower not well informed that was the only "complaint"
