The cars are fine, but SCalextric offers no customer support for the purchase of track and controllers nor anything else.

Scalextric are making available models of cars & vans we would like to own, looking forward to my pre-ordered Transit van, trailer & Rally Escort mk1, Nissan Primera BTCC '99 & would like Tim Harveys BMW 318i 1993 winner too. . .

Shipping and ordering very good, Product lights not very reliable failed on 3out of 4 cars, They supplied replacement parts for one Car, but the others have now started failing starts with the front Right hand light others dim then they all fail.
