Very good service and reasonable postage.

The order was fast and efficient

Good model, good value and very prompt delivery. A shame about the lack of care given to the delivery by the Courier Company! Arranged delivery by the contracted Courier to my local Post Office. I collected the parcel within a few minutes of its delivery to the P O. Staff advised me of their concern at the condition of delivery, box very badly crushed. Courier did not stop long enough to provide an explanation. The bubble wrap and fortunately the amount of brown paper did its job. Had promptly messaged Scalextric advising of a lack of attention to processing by the Courier, but message returned as undelivered.

Scalextric really do put the customer first. I ordered the starter set for my son’s birthday and when we had set it all up one of the cars wasn’t working. I sent an email asking for a replacement car and within a day they responded apologising and saying they would replace the whole set!! My son was delighted as now we have twice the track and an extra car to play with. It was so refreshing to receive such epic customer service and the quality of the track pieces and cars is epic. Will definitely recommend buying directly from them.
