Something for everyone. I have about 5 hip packs and yet, there’s reason to have another.

I bought the bag in a rush despite knowing I would be leaving in only a few days for my long trip. I paid an extra $30 for shipping and $10 for protecting my purchase and then the item never arrived. This was a huge burden for me, considering I needed to find another bag in a scramble, and on top of this, when I tried to file a claim I had to give them all kinds of personal information including photos of my id and photos of my face, and once I finally got it submitted they reached out asking for my social security and further information. They say I need a notarized document… I’m don’t know what to think but I surely won’t buy anything from Cotopaxi ever again, and I will never pay for “Route” coverage on my package again. I’ve reached out numerous times and every time they refuse to give me a refund. I have yet to contact Cotopaxi directly.

The online marketing presentation is very attractive. Your representatives are beautiful people. But why should the potential customer believe that your company is “solely “ focused on the betterment of humanity? It’s okay to be in business to make money. Also what distinguishes your products, from a quality perspective, from the competition? My daughter and wife love the product, and therefore so do I. It’s brought some joy to my family and that is priceless. But is the product truly better than what I can get at Walmart? But kudos to all who have worked hard to make this company evolve!!

Why is the small so large, I’m not talking about boxy, it’s just larger than a small usually is for most brands. Unfortunately I can’t return for a XS size. The size chart is misleading. Size down!

This is a great hat and fits my smaller head perfectly. My only complaint is it arrived in a package large enough to have been packed flat, but instead was folded in have and caused a big crease across both sides of the brim. I had to carefully steam the brim to get rid of the big creases.

Hello, our client likes your brand but it's hard to purchase some units without a wholesale account. Hello- I was so excited to order a piece made in the Philippines and have the label inside that had the flag sown in but my sooo bag didn’t. Our other pieces of that collection do why would mine not?

Will have to return because even though they are the same measurements the shorts were too small but the pants fit.

I’m new to the Cotopaxi brand but have seen it all over. I check out our local store and has a wonderful experience. The employee who helped me was amazing and helpful. I wasn’t aware of the sale that was going on. She helped me save money AND get new apparel by explaining the current sales. The shirts and sweatshirts are extremely comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend.
