I love the Cotopaxi clothes and the quality, but they run too long in the body for me. Xxs petite sizing would be great!

Great customer service

Ordered a small and it fits almost perfectly, but it's just a little boxy. For over $200, I was just expecting a little more shape, but it is super warm, REALLY cute and I've got my fingers crossed that it holds up. There was a long stray thread I had to cut from one arm, but it otherwise seems stitched well and there are small details that are nice -- the textured zipper pulls, roomy pockets. Just wish it was more fitted.

Just received the Bronco Skort, on sale. Happy to share that the size is spot on. At 5’6”, 145lbs. , the fit is perfect in a medium. Especially appreciate the sale price since regular pricing is frequently a stretch for me…. Have to convince myself I’ll use/enjoy the product enough to warrant the cost.

Great quality material and workmanship. I didn’t get my free fanny pack as promised, and was not clear that I needed to add it to the cart. I’m hoping this can get resolved. Otherwise, 99% satisfied.

This is my 2nd time buying these. Really soft and comfortable and a great light weight fleece

Thin and light but warm as expected. To me it looked really puffy but it’s not. Reminds me of another brands Nano style. Perfect fit for me . I’m 5’4, 120 lbs and wear an x small. There is still room in this jacket for me. And it rolls up perfectly to that neck pillow. Will be taking this jacket everywhere no matter the weather.

There were a few things that didn’t go as planned when making this purchase: - I signed up for the 20% off first purchase promotion and never received my discount code. After using the chat on the website I was told I’d need to reach out to the support team via email, which I did and never got a response. - There was an offer for a free bag with a purchase over $150. I spent well over $150 and did not get the “free” bag, which I was excited about when I first saw it on the site. - I paid for overnight shipping and my package got there 3 days later. All in all I’ll probably avoid shipping for these products unless I can find it in-person. My partner, whose birthday was my reason for shopping, loves the bag and I’ve avoided telling her about my negative experience.

I would genuinely give 5 stars across the board but I have had the same problem with every piece of outerwear I've purchased from Cotopaxi(and I've purchased QUITE a bit): THE ZIPPERS. They are NOT female friendly. I constantly have my hair ripped out from getting caught on the zipper when the jacket is open or partially zipped. Not sure if it is the hardware itself that is the issue, or the lack of material overlapping over and covering the zipper; but for such elevated prices, I have the very reasonable expectation that its not going to give me bald patches. Please, please, PLEASE redesign these products to eliminate the issue. I really would like to continue purchasing from your brand!

Speedy service for a Christmas gift.

My first purchase and I don’t think it is good for cold, it is very thin and doesn’t protect me from cold and it’s not even extreme cold and snowing yet. Not happy with my first purchase at Cotopaxi probably won’t buy another one. Regards, Basha
