First time overall experience with Cotopaxi from shopping to wearing, and I love everything about it

The strap is so short. Doesn’t look right and doesn’t make sense why it would be so short.

Wonderful product, love the vibrant Kale green.

The website was very easy to compare pack sizes and features.

Size was just right for underseat fit on longhaul flights

Love that this has such thoughtful touches(the strap to put it on rollerbag handles the suitcase style opening!)

I bought this for long weekend travel. I am able to pack a weeks worth of travel. This style is so unique and the random colors were perfect. It was like they knew me :). Great durability and style. I look forward to many trips with his bag. Cotopaxi for the Win!

Great service. Loved all the items I ordered but had ordered various bags from multiple websites to see which I preferred (a very tough choice for the huge selection on offer!). My parcel got damaged in transit and one item was missing which was replaced straight away. I even received a follow up email checking that the replacement got to me ok and that I was happy with it. I returned some items and even that process was straightforward.

My pack was deteriorating not from use but material delamination. Cotopaxi stepped up and replaced - Very pleased with process and outcome (replacement pack)

I really wanted to love this bag, but it sadly does not meet my expectations and wish I'd gotten a different style/model. The Chasqui 13L Sling feels just a little too bulky and the shoulder strap doesn't sit comfortably. (Both my husband and I tried using it & we came to the same conclusion. ) While I do like the big inside pocket and how it opens clamshell style, the front pocket was essentially a black hole & hard to reach into. The inner lined (sunglasses? cellphone?) pocket also has a key clip, which if I actually attached my keys to would cause sunglasses or my cellphone to be scratched up. This was my first Cotopaxi bag, so I was pretty bummed.

I have a bigger one (30 L) but with the recent aggressive changes to personal item rules on many airlines I needed a smaller version. I lucked out with the colors on the Del Dia and mine is mostly black - but really all the colors are great. Highly recommend these especially because of the way it opens up and the lightness of the bag. I have many other travel backpacks (three!) and while all are cute and highly rated, nothing compares with these that open up like a suitcase.
