I am thrilled with my new Allpa 26L Daypack - Del Día backpack. I love that it is a one of a kind and it's the perfect size for me. It has tons of pockets and space. I can't wait to use it again for my longer trip to Italy in a month.

My parcel was delayed / lost with Royal Mail and as I had a deadline for when I needed the item, I tried to contact Cotopaxi's customer service to request a replacement or a refund so I could shop elsewhere. They offer a live chat and email address. Unfortunately the live chat is not live, it is just a basic AI with no human behind it, so I saw no response to my messages over several days. While I did hear back on the same day to my initial email to say they would investigate with Royal Mail, come 6 days later I had not heard back. I managed to find a phone number for the company managing their UK operations who put me through to Cotopaxi's customer service - everything from here on was smooth, with pleasant and fast customer service support, who were able to sort a replacement item. However the slow and lack of response through the provided customer service route was concerning given my urgent need for the item.

I loved my bag unfortunately the rubberized surface on the front of the pack started to disintegrate. Caution service was very helpful in facilitating the exchange. They no longer had the color of my original bag which was a little disappointing but there are some new features which I like, ie water bottle pocket. One thing that is missing is the waterfly - I wish that feature was still part of the pack as I use the bag to travel and it comes in handy. Overall great experience. Thanks!

I'm really enjoying my hiking jacket. I live in Seattle and this lightweight jacket keeps me plenty warm around town running errands or bounding up boulders in the mountains. Perfect.

I purchased this to use as my personal item when flying. I was able to pack 2 books, my regular purse, my I-pad and a water bottle and still had room for other small items. It fits well under the smallest airplane seats. Only downside is that it does not have a strap on the back to slide over a suitcase handle. Highly recommend!

I visited the website to purchase a bag and some winter clothes. I had never purchased from Cotopaxi before and was excited to try them. I was disappointed to find that none of the new styles/colors were offered in my size (3X). The only items in my size were on final sale! I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.
