Clothing is cheap and poorly designed

I placed the order and realized instantly that I had made a few errors. Although I entered new Credit Card Information, when I placed the order, it reverted to Apple Pay and used a card with outdated information. I also realized that I chose the wrong size socks. I immediately sent an email (llamas@info.cotopaxi.com) to try to communicate with your team about some changes that may have been necessary. I replied to the order confirmation email and never got a reply. The good news is that the card worked, it was delivered to my correct address and the sweatshirt is great. The socks are too big. She wears women’s size 8 shoes. What can be done to get the correct size of socks? Kevin 310. 308. 8099

I purchased a shirt for my husband as a Valentines Day gift. I paid just as much for the shirt as I did for shipping (that was my fault for not deciding sooner) but when I opened the package it was a pair of gloves. I’ve emailed them but there’s no phone number to call to get this resolved. 😭

I like the coat alot as it has many pockets out and inside it. Though to me, it does not offer complete protection against zero degree weather, it does help out from 10 degrees and up when closed completely. Hood offers good protection against the win aswell. You just have to remember not to dry clean or really machine wash as it is better to hand wash, in my opinion

Between 50s to 10s, I wear this jacket almost every day in the winter. Comfortable, great pockets, and great coverage

Excellent site with speedy and kind customer service

Great quality feels lovely, great for going away as it’s clamshell style. One of the main reasons I got this 28L bag over any others is because of the hip strap! The hip strap for me makes all the difference when walking around from train to tube or bus to boat to hotel or wherever it is you need to walk. The only thing that could be better is if it had a thicker hip strap or a bit more thought into the hip strap, I was considering sewing a better one myself but not sure how good it would look😂 But the one that’s there is still so great to have, compared to nothing it’s way better, I don’t think I could ever buy a backpack without one now no matter how small, even light weight on the shoulders can start to hurt after hours walking or if you can’t check in till a certain time and so you have no choice but to carry it around with you:)

They sent me replacement buckles for the ones I had. I did end up smashing the old ones off with a hammer and needed a needle nose pliers to put on the new ones, but smooth sailing. Love being able to replace parts instead of buy new gear!

I ordered the base layer tights in black size large. I received them on time, they seem to be good quality, the material has a good texture, and they fit well. A lot of the time when you order something like tights or leggings sometimes the inseam is too short for you these fit perfectly. I’ve actually had a couple of other Corapaxi yoga pants/leggings size large that don’t fit as well as these as far as the inseam & waistband. The most important thing is the waistband. It’s not an elastic it stays up. It’s not binding. It’s perfect. I love these tights. And of course I love that they’re made from recycled material. :)

I bought this for a work/travel bag. This bag checked all my boxes. I love the structure, all the pockets, and that the laptop sleeve has a separate zippered sections.
