Hello- I was so excited to order a piece made in the Philippines and have the label inside that had the flag sown in but my sooo bag didn’t. Our other pieces of that collection do why would mine not?

Will have to return because even though they are the same measurements the shorts were too small but the pants fit.

I’m new to the Cotopaxi brand but have seen it all over. I check out our local store and has a wonderful experience. The employee who helped me was amazing and helpful. I wasn’t aware of the sale that was going on. She helped me save money AND get new apparel by explaining the current sales. The shirts and sweatshirts are extremely comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend.

I loved my Allapa 28. I ended up buying one for each member of my family. So nice to b able to take on small trips and it makes packing and unpacking so easy. My favorite part is being able to open the bag like I would a suitcase and everything has a pocket and place. Has held up well the few months we have had them. Look forward to taking our Allpa28 on the tips we have planned this summer.

I ordered a bag and specifically requested certain colours, even following up with customer service twice to make it clear. When it arrived, it was completely different from what I asked for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again—same issue all over again. Clearly, customer requests are either ignored or the system just doesn’t allow for any level of choice. If you’re selling products where colour varies, you should give the option of requesting colours. Companies like FREITAG manage this perfectly by showing the exact item or at least offering clear options—so customers know what they’re actually buying. To make matters worse, I was then charged £3 for returning something that was wrong due to their own incompetence. That’s unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I won’t be ordering again.

I love the pants! They are quite comfortable, lightweight fabric and easy to unzip for the shorts option!
