Product very good, service okay but sent to the wrong postcode so had a bit of a job tracking it down. Good help from Cheeky Panda.

As we are only a household of 2, I think the pack will last a long time so will not sign up to the subscription until I can gauge usage, but think it is a good idea. Easier to have it delivered than managing a bulky package when doing my weekly shop.

The toilet rolls arrived on time and the packaging was not damaged.

I love this brand. I have used the toilet roll and kitchen roll. The paper is so soft and strong. I love that they have brought in double roll. They last ages. The kitchen roll also goes on for ages and is really great at cleaning up mess.

I found this difficult to navigate. Numbers of rolls are not displayed on the home page which makes it difficult to compare prices. I was offered may different discounts but when I got to checkout it was unclear how to apply them so I gave up!

I ordered a couple of bundles which were each sent separately in massive boxes - they could have been put in one (and that still would have been unnecessarily large). Seems a bit wasteful. Otherwise great service and great products.
