My first order unfortunately went AWOL with the courier. Thankfully Dorota in customer service went above and beyond and replaced the order immediately with a refund to boot. Quality product too, I've tried many different "eco" toilet rolls and this one is far the best.

I’m a great fan of Cheeky Panda products but the recent Cleansing Facial Wipes I bought were nothing like the ones I’ve bought over the past couple of years. No longer textured, thin and flimsy and much drier, which means I have to work harder to remove my make up and use more wipes. Sent an email to their customer services and got a polite but brush-off reply. , telling me they still produce them to the same high standard and suggesting my skin might be more sensitive due to winter conditions. Not impressed!

Came very quickly

We already love the toilet paper, this just presents even better value - which can only be a positive. It fits on our normal toilet roll holders, which was the only slight hesitation!
