Good product but when my original subscription was unavailable I wanted to speak to a human being about options. There’s no phone number on your site and I was required to email you - slower and less personal. As a subscriber I feel you could have done better, with a personal touch. I was disappointed.

The double length toilet rolls are great for storage, less refilling and more economical. What’s not to love. *****

Not a fan of the addional paper wrapping inside the box.
