Excellent product

After two failed “no shows” for the loo rolls. They finally arrived thanks to the dedication of the after sales team. The first parcel was despatched quickly but never got further than the carrier’s hub. Panda immediately despatched a replacement which supposedly was delivered the following day - sadly it never left the inside of the courier’s van. Even at Easter Weekend the Panda team continued to work to “find” the missing parcel which was eventually delivered with no apology from the carrier but effusive apologies from the supplier when it wasn’t their fault at all. By the way the product is superb, soft, long lasting and kind to the planet.

Great products and only problem is delivery to my apartment the van driver doesn’t ring my bell and left large box outside. As I am nearly 84 years old I found it very difficult to get into poach and then into lift to 2nd floor. The delivery service knows I ask it to be delivered to my door or at least to inside poach.

Always easy to renew subscriptions and delivery is quick and never had any issues been a customer for over 4yrs now if not longer.
