It’s so powerful I love it.

Great customer service. My kit came with a split Y cable but it shipped separately and I didn't know that, so I ordered 2 from he website. Their team noticed this and contacted me, letting me know I did not need to buy the cable, and canceled my order. I've never seen a company do this for a customer.

Seems work well just wish it would’ve come with solar charging cable and dust cover.

I think the product sucks because I was told that the device that I purchased would work on a house and it will not. The Cord is way too small, and I'm not leaving the product outside so someone can steal it. Very misleading.

It delivered enough power for few days of indoor use. The only problem. When it comes to using even small household appliances the generator's power diminish very quickly.
