Easy to charge, very fast shipping and makes sense to use. I am a senior, so I appreciate the ease and simplicity. Am going to get another one.

It arrived defective and will not charge or allow power through the AC outlets. and I have not been able to get in touch with support. No one answers the phone. No answer to my emails to support. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

I haven't used the product yet but I would have liked a longer charging cord. The cord is about three to four feet long and I would have liked at least ten feet.

We didn’t have to use it, but tested it out and it will meet our needs. Thanks so much for expediting it.

I already wrote we have a storm coming up here in upstate New York I received my power station yesterday I charged it up and tried it on my 55 inch TV with internet Wi-Fi and Roku hooked up to it and it did just fine powering it so I know it'll be good on other appliances etc etc thank you

I have seen many videos and reviews for this particular unit, and thought I have only tried my fridge and couple devices on it, I really believe this is an amazing power station. I love it A+++
