Really good

I was highly impressed with the delivery of my generator, and the quality of the product.

I've checked other companies and this appeared to be less complicated and easy to understand. The delivery of this station was as stipulated by UDPower but I was surprised to receive the Solar Y cable to complete the whole package. I have tested it with various devices and not disappointed with the outcome. All my questions have been answered and continue to learn more about this station. Thanks for a job well done.

Runs my CPAP all night with power to spare. Very happy with this little Bomb.

Fast charge

The separate shipping was confusing and caused me to reach out for a better understanding. However I got a though explanation.... I would recommend this product to my friends just because it is so simple to use and setup was extremely easy.

Its a great power supply and a great buy.

Great service and fast shipping and have a great product. Looking into getting the 2400 for frig when I get the cash. Thank you

Thank you for your product and support

Have not had to use it yet

I received a white one instead of the brown that I originally ordered (by my choice). I had ordered a brown one earlier this year in May and I was so impressed with it I ordered another. Unfortunately the new one would turn off when trying to run my 17 cu ft refrigerator which my older C600 had no issues running. I contacted the service department and, after providing a video, they said that the unit was faulty. So I returned it and the replacement arrived very quickly. But it exhibited the same faulty behavior as the one I just returned! Rather than going through the hassle of returning it, I just will use it for all my 'non-refrigerator' needs. I am disappointed that the newer ones don't live up to the standards that my first on does and I truly believe that something has changed in the later models. I will say however that their service department was excellent. They answered my numerous emails promptly and courteously. Also, I might add that the included charger gets very hot when charging the unit.

Works great.

It works as advertised except it doesnt power some devices as long as I expected it to

Good

Worked perfectly for our 2 day family camping. Though usage was not heavy, we used it to charge our camping lights, fan and mobile phones. I will definitely recommend this product.

We love the stationI would like to purchase more panels

Great product

I used it once so far and it worked pretty well.

I love it! It’s our Hurricane season here in Hawaii and it was a mad house trying to find a generator anywhere here in the state and or power station for that matter. You’re the only one I could find that would ship to Hawaii!! This power station helped me and my family BIG TIME during the power outage. Thanks!!

Works great for small electronics. It did run just my small air conditioner for almost 3 hours
