This is a great little generator; I really love it. I also appreciated the purchasing experience. The chatbot on the site was better than most other e-commerce sites. After months of research, I was finally able to make an informed, confident decision. My only complaint is that the cables are too short. I would appreciate a 25-foot solar panel cable to allow for more flexibility in placing the solar panels.

Very happy to get a longer range. I am very pleased with my power bank, solar system. The 10' cord should come with the power bank and solar combos. I really couldn't use the solar panel with the cord it comes with. The 10' cord is a big game changer. More reach ,more opportunities to get power. I still can't over this 1200w Power bank, can charge quicker than my 300w power bank. [ from another company]. 2 hours v/s 4 hours is a huge . Thank you for quality products.

Labor Day will be the big test. Has worked fine so far. Good power backup. Solar collection is a challenge, but that is unavoidable. Will need to order the extension cable.
