Unit came well packed ,there was absolutely no worries about the contents. Once the unit shipped it got to me in a few days.

We’ve only used the UDPOWER S1200 once so far on a camping trip but we have four more camping weekends planned. Even though the campsite had 30/50 amp electric hookup, we used that for heavy-hitting (heater, microwave, coffee-maker) appliances and used the power station for lower wattage - phones, iPad, TV, electric fan - and it performed brilliantly. After approximately nine hours of running the fan, it still had over 50% charge. We are very pleased with our UDPOWER S1200 and look forward to camping with confidence and comfort!

Shipping was quick but no response when I reached out for the wireless not working

I received my UD POWER C200 promptly. Easy set up.

I charged the unit via 110v outlet. I would have preferred to charge it via the solar panels I paid extra for, but a charging cable was not included. This is typically referred to as, "nickel & diming". Very disappointing. I charge it to 100% and took it camping. We used an ice maker because we knew it would draw quite a bit of power and be a good test subject. The power percentage dropped to less than 50%. We then took it inside and plugged in the TV and DVD player and were able to watch a movie. Afterward, I plugged a CPAP into it, and it was nearly tapped out by morning. At this point I feel obligated to purchase the charging cord for the solar panels because I cannot afford to just get rid of it. I sincerely hope it does better the next time around. My biggest regret is not buying a Bluetti instead.

No need to carry propane for cooking on our next camping trip. We have tested it with our electric griddle, rice cooker, & slow cooker. We will be eating well!
