Arrived as scheduled. The unit came separate from the solar panels but both within the scheduled time frame. An additional cable for the solar panels was shipped separately and arrived within the scheduled time also.

I haven’t had to use my portable power station yet however, I am really impressed with the quality of it. I feel so much better knowing that I have it when needed. Great product and I would highly recommend it.

The 1200 is an excellent product. Though the 2400 provides a little more punch.

We got this to power the lights and animation on the float I put together for the special needs Fiesta court. Because my participatnts are from the special needs community, I needed a solution that wouldn't have the fumes of a traditional generator. It worked perfectly and even ran a snow machine when we needed it (our theme was Rudolph and the island of inclusive toys) We ended up winning 3rd place in the nations largest illumnated parade.

It came fast, once, it shipped. It's a good generator! I still, ultimately, need the S2400, but this one does the trick. Still, working on getting a full charge with the solar panels, but I can't be there to keep optimizing the angles, but the free energy is great! The cable that comes with your solar panels is like 4ft, so you might want to buy the extension cord, if you need more length. It's quiet and does the job, if you need less than 1800W, (with the surge). Thanks, UDPOWER!

It's a neat item to have . I use mines in my shed/storage for access to power and I have a solar panel to keep it charged . I have a need for power due to the motorcycle needing a trickle charger and light ,if out there at night Also can use ,if ever camping or road tripping. . . !
