Goods did not arrive at all

The item didn't arrive- weeks after the order- had to phone customer services multiple times in order to get a refund

After ordering this item as part of a larger order, other items arrived but there were no updates about the pramsuit. I had to chase to get any info, after which I was told the item was cancelled. Very poor White Company.

Disappointed items never arrived. Were for a birthday present. Was told order had been received wait 5-7 days, I’d already waited 6 days. Account showed ordered. Then told it’ll arrive next day. It didn’t. Only good thing was payment refunded within 5 days.
