Recently I purchased the TIVA heater from TV Shop. The cost was $599.99 plus H/C bringing the total to $694.96. In addition I purchased 2 stands at a cost of $189.96. The total order was $884.92 I now find that the same heaters and stands are offered (by TV Shop) at 4 heaters and stands for $799 + H/C. Even though the heaters have fulfilled their purpose, I find this most disturbing in that I feel that I was deceived into believing that I was making a genuine saving on the deal. This has now left bitterness and resentment in my view of TV Shop. I have been a TV Shop customer for some time now, but believe me, I will never be doing business with your organisation ever again.

I bought invictus vaccum cleaner gen x7, With 5 years product warranty After purchasing the vaccum it worked fine just for few months and started having issue after that, After raising the concern to their customer service took me 3 weeks for them to replace me with a new motor, guess what the motor came in black cover so now I am ended with this nonsense multicoloured vaccum cleaner, I asked the Customer service to return my original motor, they advised because it was faulty it has been disposed, I asked them give me a new one with the same colour they have denied to do so after making 15 calls to them. They are very good in selling and misleading customers but very poor service after that I spent so much on this product and the service and product I received is pathetic, they misleading the customers with false advertisement. I am so disappointed with the way they treated us and left it unresolved. I would recommend please NEVER buy from TV shop.
