My order was correct but the delivery wasn't smooth. Thank God that it was redelivered but it was left at the wrong entrance. However, the package was neatly sealed and the products are safe. It was my first TV shopping experience.

Had issues with it and contacted customer care, still waiting for their reply to my email from 18 days ago. Charging light stopped working during charging, guy on the phone said I should not be charging it overnight. I thought that’s what a charging dock was for so you don’t have to turn it on and off. Anyway I have resolved the problem myself. Wont be dealing with TV shop anymore, terrible back-up service. I would give a zero star rating if the system allowed me to do so.

I was very impressed with the communication that I received when I rang because I thought maybe a scam AFTER I hit the pay now button. It arrived in good time; the packaging was purpose built which meant that everything was in excellent condition. I would recommend the TV Shop to anyone.
