I haven't used yet but can say delivery time okay the big let down was opened box found securing cap was broken off so will have to tape shut every time I use it so now makes me wary about buying anything if that could get broken so easily in box getting delivered

Turtle wax products are always good Ive been using them for years

When ordering my products I forgot to put in the buy one get one free code I emailed yourselves and got no reply very poor

I saw an advert for the TW Pure Seal so thought I would give it a try. Ordering was relatively simple but I did have to refresh a few times. Delivery was as stated, so quite quick. My only disappointment was them being out of stock of alloy wheel cleaner, so I made my order up to carriage paid with cloths. They are great

Got a message whilst shopping that if I order in the next 36 mins I’d get it next day. I completed the transaction immediately, including paying for shipping. 2 days later I got a note that it had been shipped, but the actual parcel didn’t arrive until 4 days after it was promised. Should have ordered from Amazon.

Excellent website makes ordering easy, everything arrived when expected and very well packaged. Will definitely be using again as turtle wax have some excellent products which are quick and easy to use with outstanding results.

Has an issue with the BOGOF offer, as only for sent 1 of the items. I sent 1 email and customer service sorted it out straight away and without any fuss. Complete order arrived next day. Very happy indeed
