Excellent choice going with Tuffy console three duel lock box. Easy install in my 2017 Ford F-250 due to people doing the smash and grab and I want to keep my items safe. I do have concerns about the lock code button if someone can rest the code to get into box, but other than that excellent made product heavy duty metal not cheap stuff and easy install. Kinda like socks, not sure how I lost it but it was gone. No problem. A simple phone call with a friendly service team member and the key was in the mail. I was quickly back in service. Less than one week after I received and installed an under-seat box from Tuffy Security Products, someone broke the back passenger window out of my truck and gained entry. The only items of value in my truck were secured inside the locked box. The burglar attempted to force entry on the box and damaged a lock cylinder, but was unable and left without stealing anything. I definitely recommend this product!

I lost the key to the lock box in my Ram 1500 Bighorn. I called Tuffy and a key was ordered and shipped the next day. Customer service was top notch. Thanks!

Love this product!

Easy install of Jeep TJ full console. Disappointing however that web site does not state that FULL CONSOLE does not come with REAR cup holders. Factory console had them. At least web page should state that they are AVAILABLE at extra cost. . . . no mention of it. After install it looked foolish with factory rug cut out for cup holders, but TUFFY console did not come with them. Required call to customer service to find out if they offered them to cover space on floor.

Bought new underseat storage box. When I received it the box had clearly been previously sold / returned & shoddily retaped. Tuffy asks to open box & search for missing parts etc. I wasn’t going to hassle with that! I sent pictures to Tuffy & asked to exchange instead of return my purchase. Although Tuffy has been agreeable through the process it’s disappointing the product was sent in the 1st place!!

Customer service made it a simple and fast transaction to get replacement keys.

I bought the 6-1/2” universal console. It is a nice upgrade on a ‘78 fj40 I’m restoring. I called tuffy to purchase a second dual cup holder. The first time I called I opted to leave my number and be called back. Never received a call. Called them again and was literally on hold for just over an hour. Finally talked with someone, placed the order and everything went fine, but damn Tuffy, get some people on the phones!
