Received my wagon a few days after purchasing!!

Customer service was amazing. I was missing a piece for my wagon and they sent it very quickly and made everything super easy. I even was able to get a coupon to buy all of the extra accessories that I wanted.

Fan doesnt work and cant get a hold of customer service

Before getting the Anthem4 Wagon, we already had a Doona Trike, but we wanted something a bit more "all-terrain" (our family spends a lot of time outside camping, going to the lake, etc.) that our toddler might even be able to nap in. We looked into a variety of strollers/wagons, but we couldn't be happier we went with the Anthem4—it's done everything on our wishlist and more. Our toddler loves to ride in this wagon. Because of the numerous cupholders/places to stash food/drinks, he feels like he's in his own little "Car" while the sunshade keeps him well-protected on bright Colorado days. For us parents, after collapsing the wagon, it fits perfectly in the back of our car - and getting it back & ready to ride in takes no more than a few seconds. The nap mat is also AMAZING. Instead of needing to head home or sit in the car with him while he rests, we can just find a shady spot and sit somewhere close while still enjoying the outdoors.

This is so much better than a double stroller!!! We walk 5 or so miles a day and this wagon has kept up perfectly. I love having the nap system so that my infant can get tummy time while my toddler is running at the playground.

We are in love with everything from the company! My only regret now is not buying the taller wagon with the harness instead of the lap buckle

I’ve had an anthem for 2 1/2 years and have really loved it (I've contributed reviews on this page). And even bought a second wagon when they released the new eclipse recently. I also have previously been very happy with their customer service. But just in this past week when I brought a concern/frustration to their attention through an email to their customer service email I was dismissed, gaslit, and ignored. It was one person especially being rude to me and when I asked to speak with someone else they blocked me from being able to talk with anyone else within the company.

We have three kids and we have tried so many strollers and wagons, his is by far so so amazing! It’s easy to steer, folds down easy and you don’t have to take anything out! If you need it super flat the wheels detach with ease and you can put them on super easily too! We have three super active kids. Between daily errands, sports events and more, this has now become our daily set of wheels! I couldn’t be more happy! My toddler also has ASD, and this makes it so easy for him to sit, have so much room, and he can stand in if he needs to when the wagons parked. My one year old loves to nap in this, and he has plenty of room. I really don’t know why this is more popular! It’s incredible and comes with pretty everything.
