The ordering process was great. Gladly Family emailed every step of the way. Shipping was fast. I had a great experience with gladlyfamily.

Unfortunately, our wheel became misaligned after using this product 5 times on regular sidewalks in our neighborhood. It veers to the side and it is too heavy to continually move it back into place while walking so we don't use it. We wanted to love this, especially with four kids, but unfortunately we haven't been able to get our use out of it or moneys worth due to the wheel.

Shipped and received in timely manner .

Fast shipping! Good quality! I'll buy again. :)

Son love his new stoller waggon. More room for him as he is bigger than average 5 year old.

Shipping was pretty quick

Perfect 👌

Wrong wheels came first, but they were replaced without question and very fast after I sent a picture. I didn’t have to send the other wheels back or pay for shipping.

Josh was super helpful and resolved my issue when I received an incorrect order. He responded quickly and made everything effortless.
