I really like the in person and online shopping experience at Credo, but the app definitely needs some work to be more user-friendly.

Love the soft look but this eyeliner broke in pieces. Maybe it’s too soft to hold up? I only got a handful of uses out of it unfortunately.

Credo beauty offers a wide variety of clean, safe products for hair, skin,etc. I have told people about credo and how wonderful and clean the products are. Will keep shopping at Credo and will continue to "brag" about their clean and pure products.

Always easy to shop online with Credo. I do appreciate the detailed descriptions, "how to use" and ingredient list". My only fuss with my last order is that my "wish list" is no longer available and the website was being weird (sorry to much to detailed). Hopefully next time I shop it will be corrected, or how about opening a boutique in Indy? :)

I stopped by the Credo beauty in Williamsburg and had such a lovely experience. Everyone was so helpful and the person helping me was so patient and informative. I really appreciate them taking the time to answer all my questions and let me try out different things.

I randomly stopped into a Credo Beauty store location at University Village in Seattle. I was looking for a specific Westman Atelier product. The sales associates were so friendly and helpful. I left with the perfect shade of blush for me and got additional recommendations for products I will try in the future!

My daughter usually loves going to the Credo store, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The sales person was rude and condescending to my daughter. She was going to experiment and try a few more products, but didn't because she was treated so badly.

Obsessed with Credo, from their online experience to the customer support in store to the actual quality of products I receive. I'm a forever fan.

I liked how easy it was to apply and love the color but it didn't last all day for me and seemed to fade quickly.

I got a gift card from a large set I purchased and a couple codes from returns. When I filed them for a few different online orders they said they worked but when I double checked they were the same price without discounts. Now I have to follow up at a store to find out what happened and hope to get my money back …

I came in with my partner on a whim, he wanted to buy me a little treat. I was immediately obsessed. Staff was extremely warm and friendly, made us feel like we had been in a million times. I loved the layout of the store, it felt like items were cleanly showcased, and it didn't have the chaotic feeling of some bigger box beauty spots. All to say, we've made a household rule from here on out to come in for all of our hair and skincare needs. In fact, we'll be in this week for some haircare, can't wait!

Nice that it is a more curated online beauty shopping experience than other stores. I like the vibe.
