I discovered Credo when I lived in Venice, CA & I was absolutely in LOVE with every experience I had in store. I've discovered some of my favorite products through Credo which have truly changed my life. Once I moved to Oregon I was committed to shopping Credo over other beauty stores and found just as much pleasure shopping here online as I have in person. I deeply trust a respect the standards they set for the products they carry. Now there is a location in Portland and I shop there every chance I get.

Love shopping at Credo. I recently tried their Credo brand face wash, which is now my go to. Our body wash is purchased there and I will be trying the Credo SPF serum this summer. I live in the neighborhood of a Credo store and love the help I get there.

The Ilia tinted SPF cream was quite disappointing, unfortunately. It makes my skin look and feel dry, leaving a noticeable, heavy “makeup” finish rather than a natural tint. I gave it multiple tries, but each time it emphasized dryness and even created visible flaking. It performed slightly better when layered over a rich, oil-based moisturizer, but not enough to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the texture and finish just don’t work for a dry skin. I was particularly surprised by this experience, as it’s listed as a top recommendation on the Credo website for tinted products suited to dry skin. I hope Credo revisits this recommendation so future users with dry skin aren’t similarly misled or disappointed.

Had a really pleasant time shopping. . Josh, the sales rep was so helpful in picking out tinted moisturizer and eyebrow mascara. He really outdid himself when it came to customer service, with applying said make up on my face and explain the entire applying process. . . like a make up tutorial, while really listening to my likes and dislikes. It was nice. Felt like a million bucks walking out of Credo that day, not only that, but I received tons of compliments on my makeup from total strangers all throughout the day. Definitely going back, especially to Josh. Shout-out to Josh!!! Whooo-Whooooooo!!!!!

Love shopping clean beauty from credo, and the samples are fab, just wish shipping was faster

The past 3 times I have purchased from Credo something is added to my cart I did not add. I then have to delete it and then go to checkout all over again and pick a tender. It's not a bug in the system but something that keeps happening and I admit I missed it one time and paid for a product I never put in my cart. This is so disheartening because I love Credo products but can't afford to have suggested items just added to my checkout. I have started to shop direct to some of the manufactures like Tower 28, Ilia and Kosas to avoid the issue.

I love shopping online to replace my empties but really miss the best in person customer service I always received at the Plano, Tx location before closing. They had great product knowledge and were always helpful when I needed to switch up products.
