Hello, Within minutes of checking the email confirming my order I saw that it contained the wrong color of the item I had ordered. I immediately wrote customer service, since the order had not yet been processed. I received no response from customer service and the wrong color.

Regrettably had facial skin reaction to one of the products. So, it was discarded.
I am really happy with the curated selection and abundant information (yay products that describe their scent!).
Prompt delivery and thank goodness for records of previous product orders. Saved my bacon!
Nice to know that whatever I purchase has clean ingredients, rather than having to seek them out.
Great selection and for once, I can get almost all the info I would want about products, including a description of their scents. Items are always well packaged for shipping. Good sales too!

I've been using Credo for all of my skincare and makeup for the past 8 years. Love it.
I shop at credo. A few times a month. I get all of my family's body care and makeup from them. They offer great brands and the rewards program is good. I am a little disappointed with how some of the brands are starting to sneak in silicones that I wish Credo would ban.
I love the ilia serum foundation. I’m a 9. 5 in winter and it gives me a lovely even texture without being heavy. Feels like skincare.
I enjoy credo and their clean, organic, natural products for my skin.
I recently bought the Soshe waterproof refillable eyeliner and it is EXCELLENT! I glides on easily, important to me as I am over fifty, it stays on all day and is a beautiful color ( I got the Lovesick burgundy color, which is really a nice brown). I will definitely be a return customer! Thank you Credo for curating such great products in a world where ingredients often contain dangerous chemicals. Suzanne

I enjoy my shopping experiences at Credo UES. Kourtney patiently listens to my skincare concerns and makes recommendations accordingly. She helped both my teens choose skincare that works and the teens stick to her recommendations. Thank you Kourtney!
I love Credo so much that I order from them in Austin because we don't have one. I love trying quality clean products on my older delicate skin. :)
I visited Credo in NYC earlier this year and bought a tube of RMS Eyelights Cream Shadow in 'Eclipse' (the really pretty, mossy green-silvery one). The folks at Credo were super helpful and the products the store carries are top-notch. I loved the eyeshadow and ordered two more colors from Credo as soon as I got home. That definitely won't be my last purchase!
Really great store and very knowledgeable staff about the products! The only thing I’m disappointed by is the sales associate did not give me credit for bringing in 12 empties. I contacted customer service and the service representative was confused and said I received points for my visit, but those points were from 1) an in store purchase I made that day and 2) from an online order the store placed for me (for an item they didn’t have in stock) Other than that, the folks here are super friendly and helpful. Just make sure when you’re checking out, they have your account pulled up when you are giving them your empties.
We had a great shopping experience and it was so good to finally visit a store. Our first visit to a Credo was in Seattle and we had so much fun.
