Service and shipping all excellent.

Great customer service

Delivery experience was excellent.

Great product.

Oh, I was talking about the pack. The chest strap is fine, too :)

Shipping was really quick and packed with care

The Apex 4. 0 is an exceptional commuter backpack — well-constructed, thoughtfully designed, and remarkably comfortable during daily travel. Its build quality and functionality reflect careful attention to detail. The customer service team was equally impressive. After I mistakenly placed a duplicate order, they responded promptly and resolved the issue with efficiency and courtesy. Both the product and the service deserve full marks.

Super fast shipping! Well packaged with a really nice reusable shopping bag.

Great quality! Meets all my needs!

I absolutely love the design of this bag! Very well structured and solid, I have high expectations on quality as I own other products and they last forever and are not aging like other products - timeless pieces.

Arrived quickly, beautifully packed in an easy to recycle box

I love this compact and stylish backpack. I have been looking for a replacement for my trusty backpack, but I could not find anything for the last 3 years. it is very versatile and functional. I love it!

I got this as a gift. Shipping was super fast from what I have been told.

The best bags that I have ever owned. I first bought the mini and a month later I needed the sling. To be honest I'll probably get the 4. 0 eventually to complete the set.

Fantastic backpack. Comfortable and sleek. Love the look, and how easily everything fits within it.

Shipping, packaging, and communication were all excellent. I appreciated the nice packaging and little touches of protection added inside the shipping bag.

Love my new laptop backpack. Very attractive, high quality, functional and relatively light.

Quick easy ordering and delivery process, great product, really happy.

No complaints there.

After hours looking for the perfect bag, I opted for the Troubadour Matrix and it is everything I was looking for: comfy, spacious enough for a daily usage and elegant.
