Amazing! I love it. It is sad to see that this is the last time I can but the apex brief case and we wont get to see it more in the future. I was hoping if this was available in other colors honestly. Please do consider :) Love Troubador always. Please stay the same and change only for better :)

6 months into ownership, I can write a proper review. First: this thing swallows 2 17” laptops with ease, no other backpack of its profile comes close. No material defects, product in good working order after daily and travel usage. Areas to improve: this product needs a front connecting strap option between the two straps as straps continually slide toward the outside especially under weight. Also, light colors mark easily, but not sure there is anything manufacturer can do about that. Great product but I would look for that front connector before purchasing again.

This is a great bag - used it for the first time when travelling to a conference in Spain, was comfortable and small enough for taking on the plan. But managed to include all the stuff I needed. Looks profesional as well.

The experience as a customer was great

I love the crossbody. It's unisex, looks great, feels great, and is creatively designed. It's the Tardis of crossbodies - so much bigger on the inside. I love the outside straps for a water bottle or umbrella. I do wish the phone pouch was ever so slightly larger on my Troubador products - not every customer with good taste is an iPhone stan.

It's so close to being perfect! Love the design; I was going back and forth on getting the Apex Compact but I just didn't love the overall aesthetic of it. There's something about the overly sleek design that screamed "stylish but decidedly male-coded" that I just couldn't get past. When I saw the Contour, I immediately loved it! The angular, tote-like shape, the leather front pocket detail, the satchel flap; those details made it actually stylish. It's big enough for me to fit my travel essentials -- my laptop, my tech accessories, snacks, notebook and pens, a light sweater and water bottle. The overall dimensions felt just right; I'm 5'2" and always worry that backpacks will be too bulky. A couple of details that, to my surprise, didn't meet my expectations. Given the attention to detail evidenced in the rest of the design there are 2 aspects that were surprisingly poorly designed. One is the straps. They're uncomfortable! I think it has to do with the shape changes the weight distribution but they kind of dug into my shoulder / arms. The straps are on the thin side, which aesthetically I liked; the thinness plus weight distribution might just not be balanced enough. And then the little rear luggage sleeve is placed too low so that when I did slide it onto my suitcase handle, the weight of my full bag tipped over. The sleeve thing isn't a huge deal; the straps might be a dealbreaker. That being said, I do love it, it's cheaper than the Apex and I know I'll use this for years to come.

Fantastic backpack. Light, tough, holds laptop securely and I love the compartment next to that which holds papers flat. Overall very pleased.

Very comfortable. A bigger bag than my previous bag but you do not feel the difference when carrying it compared to my smaller bag which felt heavier when loaded. I now have lot more room for work and I normally carry 2 laptops. Highly recommend.

all good, think it retains its shape pretty good compared to the previous version, but I dont like the brand logo. Prefer the previous version without any logos

Love the design! But I would prefer if the bag is little bit smaller. It feels little bulky for daily carrying.
