The backpack is comfortable and light, while still having loads of storage and smart features. 2 weeks later and I'm still finding new internal zips. My only very minor criticism would be that the lip over the laptop section sometimes obstructs or catches on the zips, but overall it's a fantastic product.

Great quality, spacing compartments are a bit tricky to work with. Two zipper ones in the back overlap which makes putting more in general bag area difficult, but padding and comfort are exquisite.
