Great customer service. Not that I would anticipate you needing them, if you do they were fast and efficient and very responsive.

There’s a lot to like about the Apex travel bag. The quick essentials pocket in the front is super handy for keeping travel essentials at hand, and the expandability is nice for storing extra travel treasures. The main compartment can get overpacked (which may require extra screening measures if items are on top of one another). When it is fully packed out, it is harder to carry on smaller frames - might need further adjustments on the straps. Looking forward to more updates on this bag and more color options. A smaller version could also be nice (20-30l)!

Came in very dusty, even inside the plastic bag - that spoilt the first impression :(

It was really easy to return the larger version and replace it with the compact version -- I had worried that the compact wouldn't be large enough but it's just perfect.
