These are stunning shoes! Great customer service. I first received the shoes and noticed a couple superficial scuffs. When I inquired about what type of polish to order to touch them up they suggested sending them back at no expense. Tricker’s quickly shipped a new pair in perfect condition and shipped a tin of polish on the house. Word of advice: take your time to make sure you order the correct size. Online customer support was very helpful. I own two pairs of Tricker’s (different models) and have two different sizes. I am a US size 10 but I am a size 8 (6 fitting) in the Burton Country Shoe and a size 8. 5 (6 Fitting) in the Matlock Country Shoe - Natural Horween (also amazing)!

The delivery was quick and the item was well packaged; when I asked for care advice for this soft, open-grain leather, Tricker’s customer service replied straight away. All in all, highly recommended.

A classic walking shoe in an attractive suede-like leather. Comfortable to walk in made all the more so by the Vibram Vi-lite soles which reduce the weight significantly and increase the cushioning compared with Dainite or Commando soles, and which I can certainly recommend.

Very pleased with shipping. The boots arrived in a couple of days.

Ottimo servizio. Come sempre precisi e veloci. Pacco ben confezionato. Unica nota stonata, che scrivo qui come segnalazione all'azienda. In Italia DHL ha contattato me per la lettere da mandare alle dogane per dichiarare provenienza ed animale del pellame. Cosa che io avrei potuto non sapere e che a mio avviso avrebbero dovuto chiedere a chi spediva l'oggetto.

These are crushing my big toes; making me believe that they are not made on 4497S. Customer Service (AI Agent?) response is indicating that these are designed like this. I am feeling like stupid.

Mi sarei aspettato una pelle più spessa e l'interno con il secondo strato come altre Tricker's in mio possesso. Sono molto belle e comode quasi da subito, però senza gli sconti di Pasqua sul factory shop secondo me non varrebbero il prezzo pieno. Non so se le ricomprerei
