These are crushing my big toes; making me believe that they are not made on 4497S. Customer Service (AI Agent?) response is indicating that these are designed like this. I am feeling like stupid.

Mi sarei aspettato una pelle più spessa e l'interno con il secondo strato come altre Tricker's in mio possesso. Sono molto belle e comode quasi da subito, però senza gli sconti di Pasqua sul factory shop secondo me non varrebbero il prezzo pieno. Non so se le ricomprerei

I had multiple different shoes and boots including some English made and now decided to purchase first Trickers. They are simply beautiful even the box screams at you Quality. I also have to say with slightly wider foot those boots are very comfortable but built like a tank. Based on my expierence I’ve decided to pull the trigger and purchased a pair of Burtons and extremely happy with them as well. Try their factory outlet online as the discounts if you can find the right size are amazing. I think I found my favourite shoe brand.

Boots built like tanks. Love at first sight. Their orange color is simply beautiful, and the matte finish is perfect for casual wear. Regarding the fit, I have a pair of Woodstock shoes, 5 fitting, and compared to those, the 6 fitting is wider but comfortable (with regular socks), similar to barefoot shoes; I think they would still be quite comfortable with thick socks. Speaking of length, I don't notice any difference between the fittings (5 vs 6). The leather is thick but not stiff, and it broke in relatively well after a few days. The Commando sole, to my surprise, has more cushioning than the Dainite sole on my Woodstock shoes and makes little noise when walking on hard surfaces. Overall, I found them comfortable right out of the box.
