Trying to get install component package sent

ordering and shipping excellent. As stated, missing Trex logo on the front of the bench.

Shipping was seamless , Trex kept me in touch as to when my chairs would arrive, and packages were packed with care!!!

Disappointed that they went on sale at a cost savings of $40 per chair a few weeks after I had already ordered 6 chairs. Shipping and delivery was great.

Nice quality, but very frustrating to put together. Screws provided were painted over and the tools provided to put chairs together did not fit the screws, had to drill out the paint before getting the screws to turn right

Great experience! I called to confirm colors and they were extremely helpful. The shipping process was seamless and shipper helped pull/push into garage.
