Another great piece of Trex furniture added to my outdoor areas. I have been replacing all my old pieces with Trex. Love that they can stay out thru all seasons and look great year after year!

Assembly instructions need verbiage and not just pictures. The pictures can be interpreted in different ways resulting in having to disassemble and reassemble.

Took an extra week to get to me it went from your location to Las Vegas to South Jersey to New York to my house in Northern, New Jersey. Seems a little bit ridiculous. The box showed up, looked like it went through a war. Luckily the bench was not damaged. However, not all of the hardware was in the bag so I could not complete the build. Very disappointing.

Looks great, easy to assemble, will last forever. All you can ask for really

Very pleased with the product, but the package arrived looking like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs during shipping. The packing tape was barely holding the ends of the box together. Fedex tracking indicated they had to do a 'relabel' which was a clear indication something had gone wrong. None of the panels were damaged, however, all of the fasteners were lost in transit and had to work with your Customer Service people to get replacements. For a $400 product weighing some 40 pounds, seems like it would have been packaged more securely for shipping.

Great company. Great products. They replaced my missing shipment promptly. Cushions are well made and very comfortable. We have several pieces of Trex furniture. I highly recommend this company and their products. Love Trex!

Packing could be done better as box arrived with holes and tears. Thankfully the furniture was still alright.

The furniture is beautiful and appears indestructible. It was easy to assemble, my husband and 10 year old were able to assemble 7 pieces in just over an hour. So excited to have comfortable seating on our patio for years to come!
