We love our Trex addition to our deck! Sleek, comfortable, user friendly!

We had a missing part, shipped it out promptly.

Beautiful table but came with three areas where the finish is not smooth. Making it impossible to clean in those spots. Table was already dirty looking in those spots when delivered.

There were three screws sent that were 1/2" too short. It took a over a week for those screws to be shipped to me. Fortunately I was able to purchase similar screws at the local hardware store so I could finish constructing it. It would have been nice to have had the correct screws. It seems to be well built and should provide many years of enjoyment.

They came in big boxes in about two weeks The chairs where packed well and arrived in great shape

Received both in perfect condition.

Trying to get install component package sent

ordering and shipping excellent. As stated, missing Trex logo on the front of the bench.

Shipping was seamless , Trex kept me in touch as to when my chairs would arrive, and packages were packed with care!!!

Disappointed that they went on sale at a cost savings of $40 per chair a few weeks after I had already ordered 6 chairs. Shipping and delivery was great.

Quick delivery, solid build, easy instructions for assembly, tools supplied. Looking forward to years of use.
