Seems like the site is not monitored very well as a few days went by after my order submitted and no response. Once I sent an email the order was immediately processed and I received a confirmation of my order however I just received another confirmation a week ago and that is one month after the original. all in all I am ok with ordering from Trail Recon as they do respond almost instantly with inquiries and the price was the best I found .
