Good range of games and toys. Delivery is swift and the products are in good order. However, it is difficult to get someone to answer my questions when needed. Need to wait some time for chatbot to respond. Email doesn't work at all. I ordered the products to be wrap but I can't make out which product is which after wrapping. It would be helpful if you can indicate the products somehow.

I was looking for better quality toys, in terms of how the toys were design to stimulate kids brains through playing, for my boys and chance upon Toytag. Bought 2 toys from them. The process to purchase is relatively easy. The toys were delivered nicely. And the boys were enjoying the toys. In fact, they even got grandma to play with them as the toys can span across ages. It was a good buy and the price is not very expensive too. The other part is they have toys that cater more specifically to my younger boy at 4 yrs old. Most other standard toys are not that tailor to the 4-6 age group where the brains are starting to develop only. Definitely worth going back again.

Toytag encourages making in-app purchases by offering vouchers when spending stamps are accrued. Meanwhile, I get spammed with "you've earned Meeples!" messages in my email, and they can't even be used in-app where all purchases tend to be made. Meeples are so redundant and it makes me feel like I'm not getting the full value out of my purchasing habits when I'm constantly reminded that I have them, but know I shouldn't spend them and instead use the app. ???

This expansion gives you option to earn money which can be used to buy resource and earn victory points. You have more control and flexibility in deciding your strategies.
