Unfortunately, I was unable to receive this watch because there were problems with customs in my country of delivery. The support team immediately tried to find a solution and after a while of back and forth and no possibility of delivery to me, ToyTag refunded my full payment including shipping without any problems. I can only say that I have rarely received such good support and would therefore always recommend this company.
