Toys R us staff are the best

I am very happy with the shipping and overall service. I could suggest some extra padding and making sure that there is limited damage to the items' boxes, as my dolls arrived with visible damage to the boxes. For collectors, things like this really matters. But the service and delivery was impeccable.

The delivery and service was great. The only issue I have is that the box was damaged on the set that I ordered. This was mentioned to me prior to it being delivered, but only after having paid for the set. For a collector this is an issue and it would be nice to know upfront before paying for the set online.
