I am very disappointed with the poor handling of the order and the lack of communication. I ordered gifts for my daughter's birthday, but the order was delayed because the hub apparently didn't have the items. Unfortunately, nobody informed me about the delay, and I had to follow up myself. my daughter eventually received her presents days after her birthday, and they were not even wrapped as gifts.

You always have the best toys ever.
