It was a really poor experience as items arrived dirty yet I was called to say an item was shop soiled and could be sent to me, yet some items were sent even though they were dirty. . . just does not make sense. I would rather purchase in store next time.

So far so good, the only problem I have is that I’ve bought games online and on 2 occasions the games came without the plastic. Being Nintendo games that is obviously concerning given the penalties you could incur if the games were used on a faulty console
