The service was great! I received my package exactly when I was told I would receive it. It was packaged nicely, and there's constant communication and updates. I highly recommend.

Toys R US has excellent offerings in-store. However, be careful with online items that come with various options. . . my choices were not in stock after payment went through, and choosing replacements caused a delay. Best to get the 'items may vary' toys in-store. Otherwise, the single items ordered were delivered without issue, and my daughter had a lovely birthday :)
