i ordered 288 baby dolls, and the boxes were soaked, what a disaster i order them for the hospital to donate, and i'm embarrassed

Always fast shipping and all items are in great condition.

People loved them sold out pretty quickly but sad we couldn't reorder

This is a great seller! Kids love that it is for their Big Thoughts!

Products are great, quick delivery

shipped very neatly packed and shipped. Made checking them in a breeze

Easy to work with and good products

I love Toysmith. We've received great toys previously; this one just isn't what I expected.

I have always had a great experience with Toysmith over the years. This time the service was superb. I was shorted two different items ( I have never been shorted before). I sent an email to customer service right away and got an automated response immediately, which was fine. The next morning I got an email from customer service that they were giving a credit to my company and we had it in hand the very next morning. Excellent job!!! Thank you!

Great service.

Happy with prices and free shipping

Toysmith products sell really well at our gift shop, especially the vehicles and trains! Shipping is always quick and seamless!

I have only received half of my order. the other 5 boxes apparently were damaged and I have not received any confirmation as to when the remaining part of my purchase will be delivered. Toysmith never informed me there was a problem, I had to track the shipment numbers to find why i hadn't got the completed order.

I absolutely love to work with Toysmith. From the streamlined online ordering, quick shipping, and durable packaging to the quality and variety of products I can't recommend them highly enough. The Toysmith company truly makes keeping fun and updated inventory in our store a breeze!

Great products, great prices. Wish shipping was a little quicker.
